Not counting airport layovers (Utah), drive throughs with no stops longer than potty breaks (West Virginia, South Carolina, Georgia), or ride through on the train but didn't stop (Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska, Idaho, and Utah). Or put my foot in it at Four Corners but didn’t really travel through it... Utah again.

How would I know? I didn't leave the highway.

That's like saying you've seen New Jersey if you drive through on the Turnpike. Just Not True.

Actually, most of what you see is highway. You don't really get much of a view of anything.

More to the point, you don't see any of the pretty parts, which make it the Garden State. That's why so many people from other parts of the country have an irrational hatred for NJ - all they've seen is the Turnpike, and sometimes the Parkway.

You did leave the highway. You've been to 'south of the border'.

I thought about that, actually. I don't think that South of the Border is in this universe, let alone a state of the US...

I have a picture of you and a giant gorrila taken there. The gorilla means that you have to count it.

But for that, I need a map for "Surreal Experiences in Other Dimensions."

Colla's taking the strickter approach to this... Although Frankly Colla BF is right. Even if you don't stop for more than Potty breaks, driving the entirety of the state counts... as you did with SC and GA.
