Turns out it wasn't a snow day for me either. We came in at noon. I wasn't sure my car was going to make it up my street, but it did, and once I got onto the bigger roads there was no problem. Still, my landlord was really surprised to hear I needed to get out, when I went out to shovel.

I'm very nearly done my Christmas shopping. There's just one more purchase I need to make, and if I can get parking, I'm going to do that on my way home. I'm being a real geek about it this year. I have a table set up, with columns for purchase and receipt and wrapping, as well as for the name and the gift. Then I have a separate Excel spreadsheet for the complicated multi-part gift. I'm just afraid that if I don't write it all down, I'll forget something or lose things.

I still haven't seen Rent or HP4, and there are a couple more movies about to come out that I've been looking forward to. I had better try to get out to the theater next week.
