Meanwhile, in other news:

The electric blanket is still the love of my life.

On Monday, my car gave me a warning light I'd never seen before. Turns out that the control box for the keyless entry was shorting out. This should get fixed today. I'm looking forward to having my back seat again.

This weekend I'm going to DC. Next weekend is still undecided. I need a haircut, and I want amy_pearlman to go to Target with me so I can try again to exchange the toaster oven, and I'd like to see people down there. On the other hand, I'd also like to go to a Superbowl party in the opposite direction - the disadvantage here being that the Superbowl is on a Sunday night, so I couldn't stay for the whole thing anyway. However, I may end up doing none of these things and going to see Grandma instead.

I need to take down my Christmas decorations.

My TV is starting to suck away my free time again. I started watching 24 this week/this season. It seems like a bad plan to be watching four shows on four different nights. Then again, what else am I likely to do at 9:00 on weeknights?

Work is going pretty well at the moment.

Currently reading: A Feast for Crows by George R.R. Martin; and Harry Potter fanfic, pairings and quality varying by my mood.
