I'm a little confused here. Where is the ambiguity in "I need to go too, as soon as you're done." And why does it leave me not getting to use the bathroom before the toilets are removed?

Lack of knowledge of the common courtesies?

The bathrooms at Whole Foods are decent :)

Perhaps you meant that you needed to go as soon as they're done removing the toilets?

And why would they remove the toilets?

I hope there's a store nearby with a bathroom.

And why would they remove the toilets?

Allowing employees to use the bathroom drastically reduces amount of time spent at the desk. It's a productivity thing.

(I'm joking, of course. The real reason isn't especially amusing.)

When they remove the toilets, they should supply you with potty chairs to sit on instead of office chairs.

*grin* Yeah, I like that.

Only minutes until I can go home and pee...

I could have sworn that if your place of business has no bathrooms, you can leave and not be penalized for their problem.... We had that happen here a few months ago, and I refused to go to the gas station so I checked around until I found out. Of course, by the time I found that out, it was time to go home ;-)

The other office in the building has them. So I could have, if it were desperate. I waited instead.
